The way I see it, Broli shouldn't have special "Legendary" versions of Oozaru or SS4 any more than the other Saiyans should have special versions based on SS Grade 3.
Well, I can kinda see why the "Legendary" aspect is maintained in every other Super Saiyajin transformation he has. I mean, the excess amount of energy just seems to be a part of his existence as the "Legendary Super Saiyajin".
